Who we are
We are people who are concerned for the future of the planet and the human race. With this site we are trying to store in one place information about long forgotten people, projects and scientific discoveries who changed the world and any other information about the planet and its inhabitants. With this information we hope that the people will realize that there is little time left before we ruin our planet.
We are Fenix
In Greek mythology, a phoenix or phenix is a long-lived bird that is cyclically regenerated or reborn. Associated with the sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor.
The modern English noun phoenix derives from Middle English phenix (before 1150), itself from Old English fēnix (around 750). Old English fēnix was borrowed from Medieval Latin phenix and, later, from Latin phoenīx, deriving from Greek φοίνιξ phóinīx.
